It is very important that all team officials familiarize themselves with the City Championships rules and regulations.

Game Sheets:
Once all the team names have been confirmed and entered into the City Finals website no later than Thursday June 28, 2018 the Head Coach will then be sent an e-mail link with further instructions on how to enter the players into the tournament roster. There will be a roster freeze deadline of June 30, 2018. (Can't update any team information after that deadline). ******* Once you have entered your team roster in you will click on the game sheet Id beside your team name for each game on the scheule page to download your game sheet with pre-filled player information. You will only need to write in team official information. If you have not submitted your roster by the deadline you will need to print the game sheet and input manually your team information. Each team will need to print off their own game sheets for the Championships. Please wait until all team names have been loaded into the system BEFORE you print off your game sheets**** U9 Premier Teams do NOT require game sheets, or to enter roster information.

Trialist/Guest Player Form: click here to download form

You can only use guest players/trialists to replace players that are missing. You cannot use guest players/trialists to increase your current registered roster size of players. Each team is permitted to utilize guest players (max of 4) during the competition. These players must be written on the game sheet beside the line marked “Trialist”. These players must be registered on an EMSA team for the current indoor season. Trialists must be from a younger age group or if they are from the same age group they must be from the same or a lower tier/division (lateral trialists are permitted for City Finals). The players must be from your same Zone (example: West Zone to West Zone is permitted. You cannot have a player from the North Zone playing on a West Zone team). The guest player/trialists cannot be from a team that is also playing in City Finals. Premier/Club players are ineligible as trialists on Community teams. The trialist forms must accompany your game sheets when handed into the referee at the start of your game. If you are using that trialist more than once during the tournament you will need to make copies of your forms to hand in with each set of game sheets. Please note that if you are using an ineligible trialist/guest player your team will default the match. Trialists do not require player cards (just the permission letter). If you have any questions about the eligibility of a guest player/trialist, please contact the EMSA office ahead of City Finals to verify if that player will be legal or visit the Headquarters location prior to your game.

FURTHER POST SEASON PLAY - Inter Cities and Provincials Advancements

*Please note that if you see "No P/S" beside a team name on the City Finals schedule it means they have declared they will not be advancing past City Finals to Inter Cities or Provincials. The next team in line via the City Finals standings will take the spot.
